Physical activity comes in many forms. It is something that most people do everyday without even realizing it. Walking around your house, doing housework or laundry, taking out the trash, mowing the lawn and going up and down the stairs throughout the course of the day all constitute physical activity. Something that all of our bodies need to help stay fit and healthy.
Simple things like walking for just 30 minutes each day, taking the stairs at work instead of riding the elevator whenever possible are all ways to get your body going and keep that heart rate up and the blood flowing. Grab a friend and head to the park for some fresh air and a nice stroll or walk up a down the beach a couple of times.
