How Candida is Causing You to Crave Sugar!

Candida Overgrowth  can cause exhaustion, abdominal bloating, fuzzy thinking, muscle weakness, joint pains, congested sinuses, loss of interest in sex, a craving for sweets, and recurring vaginal infections. It is often caused by our overuse of antibiotics to treat everything from acne to sinus and ear infections.
A type of yeast called Candida Albicans (popularly known as Candida). Normally present in the digestive tract along with a host of other microorganisms that keep the digestive systems “flora” healthy. But Candida loves sugar and quickly multiplies until they become the dominant bacteria.
Because Candida loves sugar it causes you to crave what it loves; those sugar laden snacks, including pastries, cakes, cookies, chocolate, ice cream; just about anything that has sugar as a main ingredient. The best way to get rid of the cravings is to simply deny this microorganism what it is craving.
You will need to stop sugar in ALL forms while taking a probiotic for about 6-8 weeks. Exchange these empty calories for fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of alkaline water with a ph between 8 and 9.5 .
You will actually stop craving the sweet stuff pretty quickly but will need to continue the course for the entire 6-8 weeks in order to get rid of the candida yeast. You will feel much better in your new body full of all of the good “flora” in your gut and possibly lose some weight in the process.

  1. There are a lot of people who can benefit from this. Candida is a beast to get rid of because everything has sugar in it…but those who are disciplined enough to stay away from sugar will reap the benefits. Thanks for the article!

    • April you’re absolutely right, it requires commitment and dedication to beat Candida but it can be done over time. It’s so sad how sugar is causing so many problems and the FDA and food industry ignores the epidemic of degenerative diseases as a result of eating too much!

I’m glad you appreciated the article, thanks for the feedback.
